Portable Cooking

Happy Weekend! This morning I finally sat down to make my week's menu. I had attempted several other times this week but was either completely unmotivated, interrupted by at least  one fussy precious bundle, or extremely exhausted.

With loaded cup of coffee in hand and a fresh 6 hours of sleep, I was ready to tackle the task!

Well, one of my meals this week is to bring breakfast for Sunday School. I had, earlier in the week, had a craving for one of our close friend's in Montgomery's sinful blueberry/pineapple concotion. So I knew that this was already in the works, but I needed something else to go with it in case someone did not particularly care for these fruits. Using one of my new and favorite time saving Christmas gifts, I pulled up a cinnamon-swirl bread bread machine recipe and whipped up the dough. Or shall I say I dumped the ingredients in the bread machine and let it work its magic. Did I mention dump? Look what happens to someone who uses her laptop to store and read from while cooking?
